Sweepstakes programs for beer, wine, spirits and beverage brands
Shoppers scan a QR code on your packaging or POS and enter in seconds on their phone. Round handles everything around it: the official rules, the entry page, the random drawing, the winners, the paperwork and the prizes.
From QR code to prize delivered
We draft the rules
Official rules and the short disclaimer for your POS, set up by state and age, ready for your legal team’s review.
We build the entry page
A mobile-first page and QR code for case cards, shelf talkers, neck hangers or packaging, with a free way to enter built in.
We run the drawing
A documented random drawing when entries close, with a ranked list of alternates ready.
We handle the winners
Notification, affidavits and W‑9s, alternates if needed, and prize delivery.
Built for how beverage brands promote
QR code sweepstakes
On-pack, POS and in-store. The most common setup for beer, wine and spirits brands.
Web entry sweepstakes
A branded entry page you can promote anywhere: email, paid social, your website.
Social and website giveaways
You host the entry on your own channel. Round writes the rules, picks the winners and verifies them.
Multi-market programs
One program across six markets or twenty, each with its own rules, page and QR code.
Retailer-specific promotions
A sweepstakes built around one chain’s stores, like a four-week grocery program with case cards and shelf talkers.
Spanish-language pages
Entry pages can include a one-tap Spanish translation for bilingual markets.
Everything a sweepstakes needs, handled
Official rules
Long and abbreviated rules drafted for your legal team’s review. Round is the administrator; your legal team makes the final calls.
Entry page and QR code
Mobile-first, branded, with age and state eligibility built in.
State registration
Filings for states that require them, available when you need it.
Random drawing
A documented drawing with alternates, so you have a clean record if anyone asks.
Winner management
Notification, response deadlines, notarized affidavits, W‑9s and alternates.
Prize fulfillment
Gift cards, Venmo or PayPal payouts, merchandise, electronics and travel, delivered and tracked.
One flat fee per program
Rules, entry page, drawing and winner management for up to 25 winners, all in one flat program fee. State registration and prize fulfillment are priced separately, so you only pay for what your program needs. Pricing is per program, not per state.
Sweepstakes questions brands ask us
Do entrants have to buy something?
No. Every Round sweepstakes includes a free way to enter, so no purchase is ever required. The official rules spell it out, and we word bonus entries carefully so nothing reads like a purchase requirement.
Do I need to register my sweepstakes with any states?
Some states require it once prizes pass certain values. New York, Florida and Rhode Island are the ones that come up most. We flag them when we draft the rules and can prepare and file the registration for you. Your legal team makes the final call.
Can you run a giveaway on our Instagram or website?
Yes. You host the entry on your own channel and Round handles the official rules, the random drawing and the winners. It is a lighter option for brands that already have the audience.
What happens after the drawing?
We notify winners, give them a set window to respond, collect a notarized affidavit and a W‑9 when the prize requires them, and move to the next alternate if someone declines or doesn’t answer. Then we deliver the prize.
Can one program run in several markets?
Yes. One program can run in six markets or twenty, each with its own rules, entry page and QR code, so every market’s POS points to the right place.
Can clients see how many people have entered?
Yes. Round clients get a login to the Round Request Hub, where they can submit new requests and check live entry counts for their programs.
